Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations but you have to do the following:

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Undamaged and unworn items can be exchanged or returned. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable. For exchanged items and returns, the customer is responsible for returning the item to the seller and if applicable, any new additional shipping fees. The new item will not be shipped until the returned item is received.

Personalized items and custom orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For example, if you purchased an item with the baby's name and do not like the color, or decided that you wanted a larger size; this will not be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged items can be exchanged. The customer is responsible for mailing and returning the damaged items back to the seller. When the seller receives the damaged items, the new items will be shipped.

Payment

I accept direct checkout, Paypal, checks and money orders. Payments paid by money orders and money orders are expected within 5 business days of the transaction. Cancellations are not available for personalized items, custom items or baby milestone sets. All other cancellations are subjected to approval and at least a $5 fee or 35% of the order. I will use the greater amount.

Shipping

I ship through United States Postal Service, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, US International Mail. I now offer shipping upgrades of Priority Mail and Express Mail (overnight or next day). Shipping fees include a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the item or items are shipped. If item is undelivered or returned, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee for item to be reshipped.

International shipping, additional shipping or postage fees may be required and customer will be responsible to cover the additional amount. Please note, I am not responsible for postal delays and customs delays or lost items.

Additional policies and FAQs

If an item is ready to ship, it will ship within 2 to 3 days. Personalized items ship within 5 to 7 days and Baby Milestone Sets ship between 10 to 15 days. Please note that these are estimated dates, and I will try my best to get your items out by the ship date or your requested ship date, but sometimes it's not possible.

In addition, I offer an Expedited/Rush Option. This option expedites the processing of your items. For example, Baby Milestone Sets takes 2 to 3 weeks and the expedited option takes 3 to 5 days to make and ship. Personalized items take 5 to 7 days and the expedited option makes and ships within to 2 to 3 days.
